After she was found guilty for the second time in the death of a foster child in her care in 2007, Lily Choy has been sentenced to six years in prison.
Six years - is this a joke? A guy got 7 years for 'scaring' and old lady of 93 years.Had he tortured and killed her, he would have been given life without parole! We bet! Toddlers are obviously worth nothing. Choy should have received life as a dangerous offender. Life without parole. Hopefully, Karma will catch up with her in jail.
