Health Officials: Antipsychotic Drugs Given to Millions of Children are Very Dangerous

Millions of children have been put on antipsychotic drugs since 2009 alone. The number of children on these pharmaceuticals is becoming so astronomical that the U.S. pediatric health advisers are now speaking out against the known and unknown dangers of such widespread drugging of children nationwide. Doctors have become so eager to prescribe these drugs to patients that half of all citizens in the United States will be diagnosed with a mental illness within their lifetime. What is even more nonsensical about the explosion in prescription antipsychotics is that there is hardly any scientific data to show that the drugs are effective at treating what they claim to, while there is significant amounts of research linking antipsychotics to suicide, diabetes, weight gain, decreased life expectancy, and triggering an array of metabolic conditions.

Adoption Is Not a Solution for Poor Children

Adoption Is Not a Solution for Poor Children

…Although UNICEF is often quoted as saying that there are 163 million orphans today, few people understand that the vast majority of those have lost only one parent—and most of the rest are living with extended families. In much of Asia and Africa, when children are living in institutions, it’s not because their parents are dead; rather, it’s because their families are too poor to keep them alive or have no childcare during the long days of bringing in the harvest. What we might call “orphanages” are usually child-welfare centers, places for the families to be certain that children are fed, housed, and educated. One African social-welfare minister declared, years ago, that there are no orphanages in Africa, just boarding schools for poor children. Our country has gone through that phase as well; a family friend of mine grew up spending his weekdays in an orphanage in Cleveland, going home to his working mother on the weekends.

Medical Marijuana Lights Up Child Custody Court

Medical Marijuana Lights Up Child Custody Court

Amid the flurry of accusations in child custody disputes, allegations of marijuana use rank high on the list. Until recent years, the court's position on this subject was easy to predict since judges and child custody evaluators maintained a zero tolerance policy toward smoking pot. In child custody cases within the greater Denver area, attorneys routinely admonished our clients that even if you're smoking only when the kids are with the other parent, enjoying a Rocky Mountain high is illegal, ill-advised and potentially devastating to your parenting time request. In court, when one parent cried marijuana, the other parent was ordered to a drug testing facility for a hair follicle test or random urinalysis. If the offending parent flunked the drug test, the next visit with their ten year old just might be under the supervision of a local agency.

Troll Report

It has come to my attention that John Anderson AKA John Doe, Downy, Leroy Douce or whatever this asshole is calling himself these days is attempting to copycat LK.

Let it be known that Legally Kidnapped is not affiliated with this person or this group in any way. This is simply a desperate attempt by a troll to benefit off the keywords and trash the good name and reputation of Legally Kidnapped. Legally Kidnapped is not in any way affiliated with Mr Anderson's (S.T.O.L.E.N.) groups or shows. Nor will I be until Mr Anderson grows the fuck up or gets the help he needs. Perhaps some of you could recommend a good therapist in his area? If so please feel free to do so in the comments section.

Also let it be known that I will not be going to war with any groups on Facebook at Mr Anderson's command. Legally Kidnapped will not be used in his war against fathers or family rights groups, advocates or activists or whatever they claim to be. Legally Kidnapped will simply continue to do what it has always done by exposing the child protective industry for what it is.

It is a fact that while Mr Anderson wastes all of his time exposing groups and individuals to all 6 of his followers, by falsely accusing people of associating with anybody who he determines to be criminals, making false accusations and sick and disgusting video's on YouTube; Child Protective Services continues to steal and sell your children. It is entirely to the benefit of the child protective industry that you associate with such psycho's and engage in such petty squabbles, because it keeps you distracted while CPS continues to run it's little scam and you accomplish nothing productive while making yourself look like an ass and proving that CPS was right about you all the way.

If you are looking for help with your case or if you are looking for fight for change, then there are much better groups that you could associate with. For example:

as well as many others where there are good people who not only want to help, but are fighting for change, organizing protests, discussing the very real issues and proposing and implementing solutions to the problems, and exposure to the fraud.

Groups that are used as home base for trolls, or catalysts for flame wars against groups, advocates or activists will not help you to get your kids back, they will not get laws changed, in fact they won't even get the time of day from anybody who matters in the least. As a general rule of thumb, you will find yourself in much better hands when you come across a group that is discussing and fighting against the real enemy which is Child Protective Services, the foster care and adoption industries, family courts and all of their associates and cronies opposed to fighting against and trashing the names of each other.

So please engage in petty and asinine behavior at your own risk.

This has been a public service announcement from LK.

Maine gets federal funds for child home visits

Maine gets federal funds for child home visits

Maine will receive more than $30 million in federal funds over four years to expand home visitation programs for families of at-risk children and toddlers.

Note: Sure, $30 Million for the very agency that inspired the creation and continuation for Legally Kidnapped. Yet nobody ever gives me any money like that so that I can quit my job and work on Legally Kidnapped for the rest of my life. I even make it easy for them.

But no! The cheap pricks would rather send your tax dollars to one of the most fraudulent and secretive states in the country, so that they can steal more children.

Have Maine’s DHHS child-protective services improved?

While sweeping changes were mandated in Maine’s DHHS system in 2004, change is hard to accept — and implement. Families like the Handlers, whose civil rights were abused, continue to fall through the cracks. The Handler case shows a mother’s disability was exploited by DHHS and kinship rights brushed aside, when kinship placement papers could have placed the son with his loving grandmother or a cousin.

Note: Maine hasn't changed a thing except for the lines of bullshit that they present to the general public.

CASA Puppets Roll Out A New Marketing Campaign

CASA rolls out 'I Am For the Child' campaign

CASA puppets are "for the child."

Note: Bullshit.

They are for the child who has been taken away from his parents for his own safety.

They are total stooges for the agencies.

They are for the child who is in her fifth, sixth, or seventh foster home.

Yet they do nothing about it.

They are for the child who has never been told he is loved, or smart, or strong.

They don't live up to the self-serving hype.

They are for the child who believes in her heart that no one cares.

And they don't do a thing about it because they spend too much time listing to the lies of the CPS Agents and playing God with the lives of vulnerable children.

I'm sorry about having to bring this to your attention. I know that article's like this are offensive to a lot of my readers. But I must point out that CASA is putting forth a new marketing campaign, giving them another opportunity to preach the heart warming, system suck bullshit that so many normal people fall for.

What really creeps me out about the whole thing is that judges actually give these gullible people a say in CPS cases, when they are nothing but total stooges for the agencies, work for free, haven't had an independent thought since Kindergarten, and go into it with the total personal bias that has been shaped by what they've been sold, via the massive amounts of child abuse propaganda that is sent over the airwaves while making them all look like heroes at the same time.

It's a sad sad world that we live in.

Over 5 Million Children are Currently Treated with ADHD Medication; Study Shows a Majority May Be Unnecessarily Medicated

In a new study published today in the American Journal of Family Therapy, lead researcher Dr. Robert M. Pressman announces for the first time a direct link between bedtime routines and behavior that mimics ADHD in children. The findings propose that of the over 5 million children who are now being treated with ADHD medication, a majority may be suffering from Faux-ADHD, a disorder linked to irregular bedtimes and bed sharing, and does not require medication. The study conducted by researchers at the New England Center for Pediatric Psychology and the Rhode Island College Department of Special Education suggests that simple adjustments to bedtime habits, rather than medication, can eliminate ADHD-like behavior, such as poor attention and hyperactivity.

Batshaw Youth & Family Center / "CPS" Employee - THREATENS TO KILL ME!

On June 7th 2011 I'm peacefully demonstrating outside the Batshaw Youth and Family Centers (Child Protection Services / CPS/ DYP/ DPJ) located at 4515 St. Catherine Street west 514-935-6196, Montreal, Quebec, Canada - when I'm suddenly accosted (pushed, assaulted and my life is threatened) by a Batshaw Youth and Family Center "CPS" Employee - who says to me "I'LL F'ING KILL YOU" (this while PURSUING ME 20+ more FEET - physically attacking me) and then she responds "YES"... after I ask her if she is really going to kill me - all clearly heard on this video........... . WOULD YOU TRUST THIS BATSHAW WORKER ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR CHILD/ FAMILY?

Imagine... I'm only there demonstrating my discontent regarding the manner in which Batshaw appears to be administering my child's file (falsifying and altering Quebec provincial Government / protected documents/ records; fabricating evidence; committing perjury at the Youth Court by inventing / testifying about things that never ever happened) - (WHICH HAS THRUST ME AND MY BABY INTO A WORLD OF CHAOS AND HAS HAD THE EFFECT OF OBSTRUCTING ME FROM LOVING & BONDING WITH MY 16 MONTH OLD CHILD)... .

Everyone knows that Child/ Youth Protection is greatly needed in SOCIETY (this to protect the children) .... but to do so in a manner so as to blatantly disrespect Canadian Law and then cause serious grief to children, parents & families (by doing the exact opposite of what they are mandated by law to do)... seemingly because of a very big interest in PROFIT - vs - a very small and very limited interest in protecting any child? THIS IS COMPLETELY WRONG.

This video clearly shows what little respect Batshaw / Youth Protection / DYP/ DPJ has for Human Rights, the Law and the very children & families they are legally mandated to provide AID - ASSISTANCE & COUNSELING to......

WE THE FAMILIES, PARENTS, CHILDREN, RELATIVES & "SOCIETY AS A WHOLE" STAND TOGETHER AND UNITED IN OUR "EXPOSING" the BATSHAW YOUTH AND FAMILY CENTERS - "CPS" IN MONTREAL, QUEBEC CANADA - WHO IS CLEARLY OUT OF CONTROL - USING OUR HARD EARNED TAX DOLLARS TO RIP APART AND DESTROY CHILDREN, PARENTS AND THEIR ENTIRE FAMILIES!!! AND ALL FOR $$ PROFIT $$! - Enough is enough Mr. Manuel (Manny) G. Batshaw! - ENOUGH IS ENOUGH MANNY. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

A lying sack of shit speaks

Home wrecker? Kidnapper? No - CPS worker

I have a letter from a man who says that over a long career he has gone from being called a child-welfare worker to a "home wrecker," "kidnapper," and even "murderer." He works for Arizona's Child Protective Services.

Note: Not only is this guy a home wrecker, murderer and a kidnapper, but a child snatcher, baby sealer, liar, perjurer, fabricator of evidence, social wrecker, Nazi scum, etc. Please feel free to add your own additions to this list in the comments section.

National Child Liquidation Month

Yes Folks, National Child Liquidation Month is right around the corner. And the government is gearing up for it. Meaning that my news feeds are gonna get slammed with adoption propaganda over the next month.

Fears for Missing Child

9 year old Richard Bryant's family is fearing the worst, that he's been taken by his father and could be in danger

Note: Unfortunately, a claim of danger by DCF is not credible. Maybe they're visiting grandma or something.

Closing arguments are expected Friday in the case against two parents in the death of their adopted son.

I just came across another one of those foster blogs

And here she is at the earliest stages of her career warehousing stolen children, you know that time that just seems like forever between officially becoming a licensed foster contractor and the time when the call actually comes in.

Anticipation (You'll have to scroll up, as I wanted you to read the comments too.) I left a comment there, but doubt it will get published.

See, the problem I have with this is that all of these people are sitting around in desperate anticipation, waiting for the phone to ring, hoping and praying for some poor kid to get abused, stolen and placed into their home to be a part of their family. This is not about helping children in need, it's about building their families with your children.

INVASION OF THE BABY SNATCHERS

INVASION OF THE BABY SNATCHERS

Not so many years ago in cases where children were taken from their parents by the social services the general consensus amongst the public was that there had to be a good reason. Not so any more. Many parents in the UK are now so afraid of the social services that they think twice about taking their children to casualty should the need arise. It’s certainly not unfair to say that the fear, mistrust and suspicion afforded to the social services by some, is akin to that afforded to Adolf Hitler’s S.S.
