Normally I'm not a big fan of CASA Puppets. But there are a few out there who really do want to do the right thing, I guess. For the most part they suck up to the workers simply adding a false sense of legitimacy to the process.
This is an interesting article though. It gives the numbers showing how doing the right thing and helping the parent saved the state a ton of money in the long run.

One important thing to consider. Bryan wasn't a marketable child. If he was the adoption would have paid off.
