Child welfare agency director promises quicker responses
With the New Year come new procedures from the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) to handle complaints and suggestions.
“We are pleased to launch these procedures which will improve efficiency in handling complaints,” said DCFS Director Deanna Look Loy, “and ensure fairness across the board. As such, it will strengthen the partnership between staff and clients.”
Note: Yeah right.
