Clayton Mom Says Teachers Spanked Child

A Clayton County mother said Tuesday that her 4-year-old was spanked at school. Two teachers at the county-run Achiever's Academy were suspended while both the school and police investigate the case.

Note: There is a problem with the mother repeatedly questioning the child. If this child was to have to testify in court, such questioning could interfere with the child's ability to give accurate testimony.
