Children's Aid needs to be more transparent with spending
Since last October, the Simcoe County Children's Aid Society (CAS) has regularly engaged the media to draw attention a reported funding shortfall. Based on current spending practices, the CAS does not have enough cash to make it to the end of March and they are requesting help.
