Police activity continues in Mariners Harbor as authorities are believed to be searching for a 7-year-old Staten Island boy -- Patrick Alford -- who went missing from a Brooklyn Foster home over the weekend.

    I pray to god that this child is safe. I live in NYC and have full confidence in the NYPD but I strongly, in my opinion, suspect foul play.

    While I support and have confidence i nthe NYPD, I have no confidence whatsoever in the corrupt ACS system.
