Randolph County Man Found Innocent on Sex Related Charges
The trial for a Valley Bend man accused of sexually assaulting a five year old girl is over.
After almost two hours of deliberations Wednesday, Justin Nesbitt, 24, was found innocent by the jury on one count each of first degree sexual assault, and sexual assault by a parent, guardian or custodian.
