Potomac Marine stabbed to death in Baltimore
Magruder basketball head coach Dan Harwood said Ray came to Magruder in spring 2007 from Clarksburg High School. He said Ray had bounced around to some different foster homes and had had "kind of a hard time," but came to Magruder with a "fresh outlook."
