One key - and rare - ingredient in child welfare
AS EVERY front-line human services provider knows all too well, it will take something far simpler - yet far more elusive - to "fix the child welfare system" than Marylou Sudders and Maureen Flatley's well-intentioned platitudes (Op-ed, April 18) or "bold statements" from the newly appointed child advocate. It will take money.
Note: Give them more! Isn't that what child abuse propaganda month is all about?
