Man indicted; allegedly threatened caseworker
County Assistant Prosecutor Gwen Howe-Gebers said Mr. Warnament is accused of retaliating against Monica Gazarek, a caseworker in the children services unit who was involved in a matter with his child. The indictment also accuses him of threatening to hurt her father.
I know for a fact, as it happened to me and my family personally, that this allegedly threatened caseworker is herself a bully who threatens and coerces parents. She allowed a ten-year old child to be alone with a convicted child molester, yet she allowed that same child to be removed for ‘eating peanut butter sandwiches [for lunch] and wearing pull-ups’ as he refused to keep himself clean and dry. Then, when the parents called CSB and alerted Monica to the potential abuse at the molester’s hands she continued to bully the parents and made threats to the placement home so that the placement home did not even follow the court-ordered visitation, thus limiting the parent’s rights to see their child and, as a convicted child molester was involved, making them unable to protect their child. The child was eventually returned, but the relationships have been irreparably damaged. CSB needs to be stopped from causing more abuse, through incompetent and menacing social workers, than they could ever hope to prevent.
ReplyDeleteAnonymous, I am interested to hear your story as we had a similar situation w/monica. You can e-mail me at stopcps39@aol.com if you wish to talk further. ReplyDeleteWho is this woman?
ReplyDeleteI have also had dealings with this pathetic excuse for a woman...she looks the part, lacks the estrogen. While my nephews were at a weekend visit, we asked for any family visitation rules JFS had in place. We were told two rules, be kind and don't talk about the foster parents. After the visit, the harpy (aka Monica) said they were no longer aloud to visit for weekends because there was some unpleasantness at our house. The most unpleasant event that occurred was taking a toy away due to bad behavior. Now, the behavior was a screaming fit with threats to myself and others...but yet taking a toy away is inappropriate. One wonders how she deals with children...oh wait, I know! She calls the cops on them. Who is being unpleasant?
