County releases report on deaths of children under child-welfare supervision

Los Angeles County Chief Executive William T Fujioka released a report Thursday that offered new details on deaths of children under the supervision of the Department of Children and Family Services. But Fujioka cautioned that data problems made it difficult to discern trends.
