How to Get My Child Back From CPS
Child Protective Services (CPS) deals with a variety of cases involving child abuse and neglect. If your child is taken into custody, you will be informed in writing with information on why your child was taken from you. A court hearing will determine where your child should live. If the judge decides that you are unable to care for your child, there are a few things you can do in order to get your child back from CPS.
Note: Basically, what they're saying here is that if you work hard at kissing the workers ass and if you're lucky, she may give you your kids back. I like how they leave out the part where she also may decide to keep the kid and adopt them out for the bonus money.
That is the way it is except for one thing, I never got a hearing to fight for my son back!
ReplyDeleteThe judge on the court order, he was ordered into foster care wrongfully. the judge wrote that I have a history of abuse
based on an allegation by the abusive dad = incredible
and i have letters from the governor etc stating that is not true and no one care
