Press warned over family courts

Press warned over family courts

Children may be less willing to discuss sensitive issues during family court proceedings if journalists are given greater access to hearings, research has claimed.

Note: Oh bullshit!!! These people are only telling you half of the story!

I gotta say something about this because the one thing that we are lacking in our fight against these babystealing crooks is a good system of checks and balances to keep it fair and I don't think it matters what country you are in for this to be a relevant factor.

Nor do I think that reporters should go around identifying families or children involved in these types of cases in the newspapers or on TV because that amounts to exploitation and too many parents who are accused of abuse and neglect are done so falsely.

Nor do I think that reporters need to be sitting there shining spotlights and cameras in a child's face while they are giving any kind of testimony or at anytime before or after for that matter.

Nor do you need to know who a child is in order to be informed of what's going on in these types of cases where the same people pull and get away with the same shit time and time again.

There is a right way and a wrong way to do things here. In all seriousness, all a reporter has to do is sit there and take notes and identify the kid by the letter X or the number 7 or even make up a name for all I care. They do, however, need to keep the misled sheep informed of what is really going on because that's the only way to gain any realistic public support so that the Child Protective Industry is finally forced to do the right thing.

Honestly now. How hard of a concept is that? All this goony looking, spin-doctor Sir Al Aynsley-Green guy is trying to do here with this study is to protect the secrecy of the corrupt family courts in the UK by misleading you to believe that there is only one way to bring about transparency and that is the wrong way to do it.
