Mother disputes abuse claim
A Cleveland mother is disputing a charge of misdemeanor child abuse against her and her husband.
Diana Otwell and her husband, Daniel John Otwell, both of Jesse Drive, Cleveland, were charged recently after their 4-year-old girl got out of the house and wandered around in frigid temperatures before she was taken in by a neighbor.
