Judge Suspended, Wife Gets PFA Order
There are new developments in the case of the senior judge in Luzerne County accused of beating up his wife.
The chief justice of Pennsylvania ruled late Wednesday afternoon that Judge Joseph Rehkamp is suspended as a judge until further notice.
Also, Judge Rehkamp's wife got this protection from abuse order against her husband. It comes after the senior judge was charged with assaulting his wife inside their home.
