Deputies shock 'out of control' child with Taser
Colorado sheriff's deputies shocked an "out of control" 10-year-old child with a Taser and arrested him.
Pueblo Sheriff's Capt. Jeff Teschner said Wednesday that the boy was not hurt when deputies took action Monday after arriving at his foster home, where he was reportedly destroying property.
Note: Maybe he was mad because they wouldn't let him go home.

I saw the foster father on TV. He was quit smug about the whole thing. Most of all how nobody got hurt. Now the child is in jail with criminal charges.
So what did he mean nobody got hurt?
