Psychologist who worked for Saratoga County courts indicted for falsifying credentials
A man who allegedly fabricated credentials and posed as a psychologist to work for the Saratoga County Family Court was arraigned Monday on several felony charges: first-degree offering false instrument for filing, third-degree grand larceny and two counts of third-degree falsifying business records.
