Kentucky officials sue Louisville judge to stop him from ordering child-abuse inquiries
In a move condemned by children's advocates, the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services has sued a Louisville juvenile court judge to block him and other Jefferson County judges from ordering investigations of child abuse or neglect.
The Cabinet and Kentucky Judicial Conduct Commission needs to look at the Bullitt County Family Court system. The Judge and Ad Litems do not have the best interest in the children placed in foster care. Opinions are made that have nothing to do with promoting reunification of parents. It is shocking to such injustice to the children of Bullitt County KY.
