Mum of child rape victim angry at child protection bosses
THE ANGRY mum of a five-year-old girl repeatedly raped by a convicted paedophile has spoken of the ordeal.
The woman, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, claims her daughter was made to suffer the horrific attacks because child protection bosses failed to inform her that babysitter Steven Watts was a serious sex offender.
