Kick-off for Child Abuse Propaganda Month
A kick-off celebration in recognition of Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Month is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. Thursday, April 1 at the Guernsey County Children Services building on Highland Avenue in Cambridge.
