A clients Social Worker, stated that PAIN was one of the Groups, that hated Social Services. She then replied, We were not there as hate material, but to promote better practice,and to ensure that Parental rights were being used, within the Public,and Private Law Guidelines.
Since our involvement, in a case this Week, it transpires that the outlook looks to be much improved
