Neb. court: Tribe can intervene in kids' cases

Financially strapped American Indian tribes do not have to hire attorneys to represent their interests in child welfare cases, the Nebraska Supreme Court ruled on Friday.

  1. There will soon be no barristers, to represent Parents in Public Law Care Proceedings, the Government have reduced the funding regarding Barristers,this will force them out of these kind of cases, resulting into Parents having to represent themselves.
