Albany family court judge W. Dennis Duggan voted worst judge in New York state for 2008 & 2009

Albany Family Court Judge, W. Dennis Duggan, was named 2007 Family Court Judge of the Year by his colleagues from the New York State Family Court Judges Association. However, as of the date of this article, he has been voted New York State's worst judge for 2009 on Courthouse Forum. The surveys and voting on Courthouse Forum are not necessarily scientific.

When it comes to CPS, Albany and it's Court's are in the slums.

I would Google all these Judges and Prosecutors and match them up with adoption agencies, psychiatric services, counseling services and the Albany Home for Children.

Their State pay is a joke compared to what they receive for "Guiding a child towards a particular vender.

In Albany, the Democrats rule the roost. Not a dollar changes hands without their OK, and every single lawyer on the hill knows it.

A kid returned home generates nothing. A kid steered in the right direction can generate $75,000.00 per year, per child. Why in the world would a CPS worker be stupid enough to suggest Junior goes home?

CPS is a business, not a charity.
The faster you learn that lesson, the happier CPS will be.
