Foster parents will be getting more support from the Alberta government, which announced a $2 million increase Thursday, bringing the total budget for foster care to $152 million this year.
And, will there be similar assistance allotted to natural families to help those remain intact... Particularly, families of children with special needs?
CPS,will not work with Natural Parents, to keep Families together, they would rather spend millions of the taxpayers money, on Foster Cares. Foster Parents are already given large amounts of money, when Social Services, should be considering the Kin care clause, Grandparents have to manage on the bare essentials, while carrying out this duty,and suffer financial hardship.
