The Oregon Department of Human Services says it will temporarily stop allowing children from state foster care to be adopted by relatives outside the United States.

The decision was made as The Oregonian prepares to publish an article about a young girl who was killed in Mexico while still under Oregon's jurisdiction, the newspaper reported in its Wednesday editions.

  1. This is f***d up. The agency didn't kill Alisha Cram because they sent her to Mexico's relatives, they killed her because they sent her to people who were bad.
They won't admit they purposely sent her to someone bad, they just say, well, it must'ave been becuzz we dared to trust da peeple frum Mexico.
Hello, Gabriel Allred won't be killed if he were sent to Mexico, it's just that you like those whites so much you'll blow off what's right for them.
The only time you don't do this is when they are asking for their OWN children, like Tasha Cram.
