Editorial: Jailing 10-year-old requires a public explanation
The jailing of 10- and 11-year-old foster children in Santa Clara County has led to such a frenzy of finger-pointing and hand-wringing that it's a wonder county officials aren't accidentally slapping one another in the face, "Three Stooges"-style.
