Girl to get to see foster mother Judge wants hostilities to end for benefit of 4 1/2-year-old child
A 41/2-year-old girl at the center of a highly publicized foster care dispute will remain with her parents for the time being, but will have supervised visits with her foster mother, a Milwaukee Children's Court judge ordered Thursday.
