Former foster mom indicted on first-degree murder charge in shaken-baby case
Tenesia Brown, a former foster mother, was indicted by a grand jury today on a charge of first-degree murder.
Brown was the foster mother to 3-year-old Lazon Gulley, taken from his biological mother while she battled drug problems. The boy in 2006 suffered suffered severe brain injuries that investigators said were consistent with shaken baby syndrome.
