Report Leaked on Baby P blunders
A legal meeting that could have saved Baby P was delayed by six weeks due to, “Workload pressures”. Even more horrifying, six months before Baby P’s death, agreement was reached that an interim care order could be issued to remove him. But no action was taken.
So Shoesmith has thought about committing suicide, well she as soon got her fighting spirit back, to take Ed Balls and his Department to Court, over, as she calls it, illegal sacking from Haringey County Council.
ReplyDeleteThat doesn’t sound like a depressed woman to me.
She should hide her face in shame forever.
Due to her Departments failures, in protecting vulnerable Children, Local Authority Care Proceedings up and down the Country, have increased by 25%.
Social Services are taking Babies from Hospitals, within hours of Birth, on Emergency Protection Orders, with very little evidence to support such drastic action.
They are obviously afraid of another Child death.
With the above, comes the claim, that innocent Parents may be caught up in the system and have there Children taken wrongly into Care and experience a gross miscarriage of Justice.
I am taking up to ten new cases a day, with my Support group helpline.
My message to MS Shoesmith is fade into the background and retire graciously on your fat cat pension.
