No, because I wouldn't penalize my children by giving them such names and teaching them to honor such sick, sadistic, and criminal people. These "parents" were not thinking of the welfare of these children but only of themselves.
I suspect the State saw a pattern of similar behavior and determined they were unfit parents or at least that they children should be removed until this could be determined.
These parents are deluded, selfish, and neglectful.
