Former DHS Worker Accused of Forgery

Former DHS Worker Accused of Forgery

A former state employee is charged with forgery for allegedly writing more than $4,500 in checks from a Department of Human Services account for her personal use.

The child protection account requires two signatures and Belinda Ann Moldonado is accused of signing her name to the checks then forging the name of another person.

Note: With the "confidential records story" that's two "child welfare specialist" in a weeks time. Post comments to inform the public and email editors to push the media to get into this subject. This case, (along with several other cases) would seem to justify the call for a financial audit of all funds related to DHS, as well as further investigation of workers.
