CPS: fewer kids removed from CenTex homes
cross the board and especially in Central Texas, the number of children being taken from their homes by Child Protective Services is down.
In 2007, the number of children removed from homes McLennan County was 177. In 2008, that number dropped to 148. There is also a decline in Bell County, from 448 in 2007 to 402 in 2008.
Note: That's got to piss the System Sucks off. Love the hair on the guy in the video, BTW, very professional looking.
