Child welfare probe not playing games
A specialist unit within the Department of Premier and Cabinet has been established to develop and coordinate a response to the Special Commission of Inquiry into Child Protection Services in NSW.
Conducted by Justice James Wood, the Inquiry was a thorough investigation of the State’s child protection system and delivered a substantial report containing 111 recommendations.
