Give 'house of horrors' foster mom the max, say lawyers
"House of horrors" mom Judith Leekin handcuffed her foster kids to crib rails, beat them with irons and forced a 5-year-old autistic boy to eat from a bucket, lawyers for the kids said in court papers filed Monday.
