DCF commissioner makes changes after infant death
The commissioner of the state Department of Children and Families says she’s moving to fire an employee charged in the death of a foster child, and she plans to dismiss the woman’s supervisor.
Commissioner Susan Hamilton says Suzanne Listro of Mansfield was accused two years ago of abusing a child she had adopted, but was cleared after an internal investigation. Listro was licensed by DCF as a foster parent this year.
