Is former DCF caseworker Andrea Fleary responsible for the death of Nubia Barahona?

Note: Yes, because had she done her job, that poor child would be alive today. Right?

Andrea Fleary, the child abuse investigator who visited Nubia Barahona’s home four days before her death and reported that she and her twin brother, Victor, were safe even though she did not see them, says she did nothing wrong and wants her job back.
