From a Grandmother

About 15 months ago the State of Alaska took my 10 yr old granddaughter into their custody. Allegations of sexual abuse were made and for 3 months the State of Alaska persecuted, harassed and defamed my son.

4 hearings later (90 days) and with no evidence in discovery, the State of Alaska declined to press charges but kept the case active. Meanwhile the CPS worker had threatened his wife, to scare her into testifying and took 3 more sons from them. 2 of the boys were later returned to them because of no justification and/or no evidence. However, I have not seen or spoken to my granddaughter for the last 8 months.
