Ontario makes it easier for families to adopt
About 7,000 kids in Ontario will finally become eligible for adoption under updates to the Child and Family Services Act, which also include promises of more financial support for adoptive families.
Note: Did you get the part about the foster's not wanting to adopt because they'd loose the money?
