Vaughns fighting for adoption of 3-year-old son

When watching this video, notice how they overlook the fact that had the adoptive parents not dragged the inevitable out for so long, all of this distress on the child which they speak of wouldn't be a even be factor.

The Vaughns are fighting for adoption of 3-year-old son who is now with his biological father in Toledo, Ohio.

Okay. There's a lot going on in this video. Not only is this a case of the media trying to suck you into a good sob story, but it's a psychological game that foster and adoptive parents play when they loose, by using tears and guilt in order to drum up sympathy from the public. The one who whines the loudest is the one who gets the most sympathy. The next thing you know there will be a small group of 5 or 6 adoptive parents walking around in front of the court house at the next hearing.

This woman is lame though. I personally wasn't all that emotionally moved by her. She really should have shown a lot more tears. That part about talking about how the seven year old kid feels about it all was a good move on her part, but still.

All I'm saying is that if this woman wants to drum up the public sympathy she needs to show a lot more tears.

And to demonstrate what I mean, I bring you the master of the waterworks herself.

Poca, by the way went back to her real parents.

Now, I know that some system suck is going to come along with her panties in a bunch and argue that I'm not thinking aobut what's best for the child who has bonded and grown attached and bla bla bla.

On the contrary. I realize that the child will be upset at first, but he will adjust. He will probably be fine. He will probably grow up happy, healthy, loved and well adjusted. Just like what happens to a lot of kids who live with their real parents.

And during national adoption month too.
