Have you ever noticed how good the media is at putting a spin on things?

Prosecutors in Luzerne County accuse a husband and wife of sexually abusing a boy in their home.
The boy was removed from the home in Plymouth last year, and Newswatch 16 has learned soon after the wife launched a campaign to get the child back in her home.
This is the first time I've seen the media take on and bash somebody who is fighting for the return of their kid from CPS custody in such a way as this. I don't know if this woman is guilty or not, but I do know that the media is really good at picking and choosing parts of anything said by anybody to bring about whatever point they want to make. It's called spin-doctoring and this is the best example I've ever seen. These news reporters do a great job of reducing the family rights fight to an off the wall conspiracy theory.
It also goes to show you that you need to be careful who you decide to befriend in this. Some people who are fighting are guilty. Some are not. We have no way of knowing either way.
What I do know is this, if an accusation is made by CPS, that's no reason to believe it. The social workers in my case lied through their teeth. I'm sure it's like that for many of you.
the Media well do what ever well make the story, I have seen mainstream meadia actully condone the goverments abuse of our rights, because it profetted its corperate aggenda!
ReplyDeleteguilty before innocent?,innocent before guilty?....which one is it again?...and one last question, if someone said,shoot the Nazis, kill Saddam,bin laden...that's ok..but not a social worker? the only thing all these things have in common but one,all have been charged and convicted..except the social worker, NOT kill them ....just jail time, and maybe 5 minutes alone in a room with the their victims...?
