Please tell Gov Rick Scott that what he really needs to be looking for are persons who are routinely prescribed Narcotics & Psychotic drugs that are on the Health Care plans for the poor that DO NOT HAVE THE DRUGS IN THEIR SYSTEM. What they are doing is getting the prescriptions and handing them over to the person who set the appointments up. The person who is sent to the Dr is paid a small fee and then the prescription is sold on the street. It is the absence of drugs in the system of the person that is prescribed to that is the indicator of a person who is being used to get the prescription that is what the Gov is looking for.

If the person is being prescribed Narcotic &/or Psychotics and they are not taking them THEY ARE SELLING THEM. If you let those who have clean screens get the cash, well hey, then you haven't changed a thing.

If you have a bunch of drug dealers answering the phones for the Sheriff Dept, then the calls reporting drug trafficking NEVER GET SENT TO THE NARCOTICS DEPARTMENT. The intent is to keep the drug trafficking going.

FURTHER YOU MUST BAN THE USE OF PSYCHOTICS ON FOSTER CHILDREN!!!!

YOU MUST STOP THE PRACTICE OF USING MEDICAID/MEDICARE TO LET THE PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES PEDAL THEIR POISONS, ALL AT THE EXPENSE OF THE TAX PAYERS---THE COST OF THE DR VISIT IS A BIG EXPENSE, and and AND THE PROSECUTION OF THE ADDICTS THAT THIS SYSTEM PRODUCES IS HUGE!!

FURTHER: WHEN THE DRUG DEALERS DOES NOT GET PAID, THEY CALL THE SHERIFF DEPUTY ON THEIR "DERELICT CLIENT" AND GET THEM ARRESTED---SO THEREFORE THE DRUG DEALER USES THE DEPUTIES AS BOUNCERS!! NOT TO MENTION THE KICK BACKS ROUTINELY PAID!!!!!

WHAT USE IS IT TO JAIL AN ADDICT WHEN THE DEALERS ARE KEPT IN BUSINESS ON PURPOSE???

YOU MUST STOP THE BONUS PAY OUTS FOR MAKING CHILDREN ADOPTION ELIGIBLE!!!!! IT IS LEADING TO CHILD TRAFFICKING!!! YOU MUST PROSECUTE PERJURERS AND ATTORNEYS WHO LIE AND DO NOT VERIFER HEARSAY.
