“Social workers suck.” That about sums it up.
The term “social worker” doesn’t arouse warm and fuzzy feelings in most people. The search terms that direct people to this blog are a pretty good indication: “bad social workers,” “social workers suck,” “social workers don’t know anything,” and “what to do about a bad social worker?” are some of my favorites. (Aside from “black guy from Yo Gabba Gabba” and “elderly tracksuits,” but those are really off topic.)
I was just remmebering my days in nursing school and my OB instructer telling us about all the normal things SW's mistake for child abuse and warning us about it!

ReplyDeleteLori, I would be interested to hear you elaborate as well. Again, most child protective workers (at least in New York, where I practice) are not social workers, though they are routinely referred to as such. But I have heard of these types of things from my aunt, who is a public health nurse. It's an interesting (and very important) topic.
1 week before my little girls were taken, in response to my inquiries about how to handle my little girls behavior, their therapy, and the public school they were attending, Denver Children's Hospital told me that public grade schools are Not prepared to work with children in 'extreme trauma'. One week later the grade school principal and a social worker extorted a confession that I broke my child's arm. The radiologist report that diagnosed the broken arm as a normal childhood accident, and Not abuse, Never made it to the Dependency & Neglect trial. The broken arm was actually broken during a court ordered visit between my youngest and her non-biological father and molester (DNA tests denied by the courts) who EASILY duped the school and social workers into thinking I broke it. My six year old would have told anybody anything IF she thought that's what would make you happy. None of my molestation evidence from years of courtrooms in two states made it to the D&N trial, not one shred. The doctor who cast my daughter's arm called the social workers at my endless pleading b/c the SW's would not call this doctor. This docter could have stood up for me stronger. Instead Mandy Hartman, PA, decided to confer with SW's in determining that I took my children to the doctor TOO MUCH, and during the D&N trial it was illuded to (no formal diagnosis) that I had Muenchenhousins by Proxy. What a crime these SW's & PA carried out. Due to the nature of my supposed crimes, I have not been allowed any contact whatsoever with my little girls. Why were both my little girls taken and given to their molester? There is evidence in corrupt SW cases that support that the number of children taken or left with parents directly correlates with the desires of other people who want those children as their own. Is anyone hearing me? This is not justice. These are power mongers who believe 'they know best for all the rest'.

There is a movement growing across this country with corrupt social worker cases who are ready to name names. I beleive it must come to this in order to make the necessary changes and carry this movement. SW's Patricia Armstrong and Kerri Montoya, I hope you pay the price in hell for your careless, inept, and wrongful investigation and handling my and my children's case. That goes for your attorney, GAL Howard Bartlett, attorney Dallas Greenfield, and Judge Lownbach of Greeley, Colorado.
ReplyDeleteThere is absolutley no explanation for my free court appointed attorney Mary McWilliams. None. This civil servant got a hefty paycheck for doing nothing, and I mean NOTHING, on my behalf.
The extortion of my six year old's statement at her grade school was performed BEFORE I had discovered her broken arm, BEFORE Mandy Hartman diagnosed & cast her arm WHICH IS AN ALARMING FACT IN SUPPORT OF MY CLAIMS! It is not considered abuse to take up to four days to discover & seek treatment for a hairline fracture, and I was within those limits. Everyone knew she had a broken arm before I or the doctor who cast it, knew.
What would they have done if her arm hadn't been broke? Oh, silly me, they would have done what they DID do... bury all prior molestation evidence, create their own that they weren't, diagnosis mommy with undeserved diagnosis' by unqualified doctors (yes this evidence exists too), deny all criminal arrests of the molester (that I had to provide, yet they testified does not exist), and declare mommy a loser. I'm no loser. And I will never quit fighting for my or my children's rights.

ReplyDeleteCan someone explain to me how a social worker practicing in California can break the law in Texas: paternity fraud in 1978, claiming that her freshly minted husband was the father of her illegitimate daughter instead of myself. I learned of the deceit a few years later when her marriage failed and she tried to rekindle a relationship with me. I would really like to know how this individual can practice her profession when she and her then husband committed fraud?
