Here is a video of a babystealer showing off Florida's new GPS babystealer tracking computer system. This is an attempt at implementing a new tracking system, becasue babystealers were caught submitting fraudulent reports claiming they were visiting children when they were not, and because they lost track of many children in the system.
Family Services Counselor, Danielle Emerson, from Family Support Services in Jacksonville talks about using new hand held tools to keep track of children and manage related information in the child protective system.
