Child welfare
Oklahoma City father Clarence W. Cooper this week filed a petition seeking reform of Department of Human Services decisions on child welfare matters.
Cooper, 32, claims that he lost four children to state custody after what he claims are unfounded abuse allegations. He proposes a plan to overhaul the system. To get his plan before voters, he will need to collect 117,000 signatures in the next 90 days.
Note: People of Oklahoma, get out and help this guy!!!!
I personally believe that the Oklahoma Legislature think that God died and left them to judge without referring to any research or expert- ism of any kind.
