March on Queens Park Toronto. CAS its a mess.

Andrea Horwath, NDP Children and Youth Services Critic and MPP is trying to pass Bill 93 for ombudsman oversight of the Childrens Aid Society. The Childrens Aid Society runs with our government finances but has absolutely no accountability leaving a pile of traumatized children and families in their wake. They answer to no one, not even the children they hurt or to the tax payers that pay them.
