Jail foster parents who abused boy: prosecutors
Prosecutors have called for a lengthy jail term for a Perth couple who severely mistreated a boy under their care because they thought he had an eating disorder.
The couple, who can not be identified, pleaded guilty to mistreating the six-year-old boy over two years.
