Adoptive Mom Previously Charged With Child Abuse
A Spring Hill woman who cared for two children found malnourished by police last week has already been convicted of child abuse.
An officer found a 12-year-old boy and 13-year-old girl with bruises all over them last week walking on a busy Spring Hill road. The woman with whom the children were living with was Shelley Blair, who was put under investigation for child abuse for the second time.
