13 year old Childrens Aid runaway exposes fraud.
While this 13 year old was hiding from the Kingston Childrens Aid Societys abuse he speaks of the fraudulent misuse of taxpayers money and abuses in the system. CAS worker Kelly DeWolfe was forced to resign after the release of this video.
