Foster parents accused of molesting teen waive bail hearing
Two foster parents accused of molesting a 14-year-old boy have waived their right to a bail hearing. The Two will remain behind bars. Sedonio Rodriques and his same-sex partner, Raymond Grenier are accused of molesting the boy. They appeared before a judge in Providence Monday.
